& Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "richph," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the operator of the richph platform accessible at richph.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" — refers to the richph website, mobile web application, and all gaming, betting, and account services offered therein.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the richph Platform.
• "Account" — the registered player profile created by you on richph through which you access Platform services and manage your wallet.
• "Wallet" — the internal PHP-denominated balance associated with your richph Account from which wagers are placed and into which winnings are credited.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free spins, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account by richph under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer identity verification, the process by which richph verifies the identity and age of players using government-issued Philippine identification documents.
• "PAGCOR" — the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority governing gaming activities in the Philippines.

To register and use the richph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is absolute and non-negotiable under Philippine law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is legally permitted.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register administered by richph or any gambling regulatory authority.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended richph Account.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

richph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by richph may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account, including forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

Each player is permitted to hold one Account only. The existence of multiple Accounts held by or on behalf of the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms. richph may, at its sole discretion, close all Accounts associated with the same individual and void any pending transactions, balances, and bonus credits without prior notice.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passcodes associated with two-factor authentication. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. richph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

You must notify richph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via live chat. richph will take reasonable steps to secure your Account upon verified notification; however, richph is not responsible for losses incurred prior to such notification.

richph may require you to update your Account information or submit additional documentation at any time for KYC, anti-money laundering (AML), or regulatory compliance purposes. Failure to comply with such requests within the stated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay functions pending the completion of verification.

All financial transactions on richph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱). richph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your Wallet instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking business day to reflect. richph does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. richph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and AML review. richph aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one to three hours for GCash and Maya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking business days. richph reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 per request.
• Maximum withdrawal: Subject to your applicable VIP tier limit. Standard accounts: ₱100,000 per week.
• KYC prerequisite: Full KYC verification is required before the processing of any withdrawal request.
• Bonus balance: Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

richph reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, richph will notify you via your registered contact details and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

richph offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and KYC verification on richph.
• Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms and are typically expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30× means the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times in total).
• Not all game types contribute equally toward Wagering Requirement completion. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate. Game contribution rates are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• richph reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable evidence of abuse, misuse, or circumstances outside richph's reasonable control.
• Players who richph reasonably determines to have abused the promotion system — including through the use of multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, or engaging in low-risk staking patterns designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine gameplay risk — may have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their Account suspended.

All games available on richph are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Playtech, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and other approved studios. Each game operates according to the rules published within the game interface and the applicable supplier's regulatory certification. richph does not independently control game outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures as applicable.

Wagers are final and irrevocable once confirmed by the game system. richph will not accept requests to void, reverse, or alter placed wagers except where a verifiable technical malfunction affecting the integrity of the game outcome is established. In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction, affected wagers may be voided and stakes refunded to the player's Wallet at richph's sole discretion.

richph reserves the right to void any wager or game round where a malfunction, software error, or communication fault has materially affected the game outcome. The decision of richph on all gameplay disputes is final, subject to the right of a player to escalate unresolved disputes through the formal complaints procedure described in Section 15.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on richph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling richph to immediately suspend or close your Account and void affected transactions:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person to register a duplicate Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information or KYC documentation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with richph games or systems in a manner that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or vulnerabilities in richph systems or game engines.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any coordinated scheme with other players to exploit game mechanics.
• Using richph to launder money or to conduct any financial transaction that violates Philippine anti-money laundering laws or AMLC regulations.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after completing deposits.
• Accessing richph from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward richph staff or other players via the Platform's communication channels.

richph cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, richph will report the matter to the relevant authorities and preserve all associated records.

richph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. All registered players have access to the following features within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum net loss permitted within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from richph for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

You must be at least 21 years of age to hold a richph Account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform. Gambling involves real financial risk. Never wager amounts you cannot afford to lose, never chase losses, and never gamble while under the influence of alcohol or substances that impair judgment.

If you believe your gambling behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, richph strongly encourages you to make use of the self-exclusion facility and to seek support from qualified responsible gaming organisations operating in the Philippines. richph collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at richph.cam/privacy-policy. By registering on richph, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

richph collects personal data including but not limited to your full name, date of birth, registered Philippine mobile number, government-issued identification documents, financial transaction records, and gameplay history. This data is used for account management, KYC verification, AML compliance, customer support, and the delivery of personalised gaming services.

richph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and richph servers are encrypted using industry-standard 256-bit SSL technology.

richph may share your personal data with regulatory authorities including PAGCOR and the AMLC where required by Philippine law, and with certified third-party service providers involved in the delivery of Platform services (including game providers and payment processors), subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

All content on the richph Platform — including but not limited to the richph brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of richph or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the richph Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any richph content without prior written authorisation from richph.

The use of richph's brand name, trademarks, logos, or any other intellectual property in connection with any third-party product, service, or website without prior written consent from richph is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richph shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the richph Platform, even if richph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

richph's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your richph Wallet during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

richph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. richph makes no representations regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose beyond the provision of licensed online gaming services to eligible Philippine players.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit richph's liability for death or personal injury caused by richph's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You may close your richph Account at any time by submitting a closure request to the richph support team via live chat. Upon receiving a valid closure request, richph will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money funds and deactivate your Account. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

richph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where richph reasonably believes that you have breached any material provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where the continued operation of your Account poses a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to richph. In such cases, richph may withhold funds pending investigation and will not be obligated to return Bonus Funds.

richph may also suspend Platform access or terminate Accounts where required to do so by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or directive from a competent regulatory authority including PAGCOR or the AMLC.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1602, Republic Act No. 9487, and applicable PAGCOR regulations. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, their interpretation, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to engage in good-faith negotiations with richph to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice may be escalated to formal dispute resolution proceedings under Philippine law.

richph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their Account — which may include SMS notification to your registered Philippine mobile number, a notice displayed upon your next login, or an update to the effective date published at the top of this page.

Continued use of the richph Platform following notification of material changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and contact the richph support team to request Account closure. richph will process any withdrawal of verified real-money funds held in your Wallet upon receipt of a valid closure request.

richph recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current conditions governing your use of the Platform. The most current version of these Terms is always available at richph.cam/terms-conditions.

richph aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five working days. Where a complaint requires extended investigation — for example, involving a disputed game outcome or a financial transaction — richph will keep you informed of progress and provide a final response within 14 working days. If you remain dissatisfied with richph's resolution of a formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority.
